The Diversity Premium
We are experiencing divergence of generations, business models and behaviours at an accelerating rate. Leading Diverse Teams
There is a danger in the corporate environment that we take a position in this diversity melting pot. That is not our role. Our job is to deliver our products or services to our customers in the most efficient way. We need to do this in a responsible and fair way. For profit based organisations we need to be able to charge a price that delivers us a good margin and for non profit (and profit) we need to do so at the lowest possible cost. To do this we must create the right environment with our leadership style and behaviours. Backing a political or social cause whether environmental or DEI based is not our job. Our job is to create and lead high performing diverse teams.
