Do you understand the impact of divergence on your business? It is imperative that you and your people have a grip on macro societal divergence impacting customers and  colleagues. Alongside this you also need to be cognizant of the micro factors impacting your markets and diverse teams. Only when you make allowance for this can you create the right environment for success.

Change management is an embedded discipline, operating alongside the best learnings from agile and waterfall project management techniques. Little time is spent reviewing and reporting as failing fast is a celebrated  behaviour.
